{"id":601,"date":"2020-08-03T11:49:04","date_gmt":"2020-08-03T09:49:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.medisocial.it\/staging2\/?p=601"},"modified":"2022-05-12T16:01:01","modified_gmt":"2022-05-12T14:01:01","slug":"le-mandorle-per-la-salute-cardiometabolica-e-dellendotelio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.medisocial.it\/endocrinologiaediabete\/2020\/08\/03\/le-mandorle-per-la-salute-cardiometabolica-e-dellendotelio\/","title":{"rendered":"Le mandorle per la salute cardiometabolica e dell\u2019endotelio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Le mandorle: amiche della salute cardiometabolica e dell\u2019endotelio<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La frutta secca a guscio \u00e8 un alimento salutare perch\u00e9 ricco in proteine, fibre, acidi grassi insaturi e micronutrienti (vitamina E, riboflavina, niacina e magnesio).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il consumo regolare di mandorle \u00e8 associato a un ridotto rischio di malattie cardiovascolari (cardiopatia ischemica, infarto del miocardio, ictus cerebrale) e di diabete tipo 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;assunzione giornaliera di mandorle riduce i livelli di colesterolo LDL (il colesterolo cattivo, quello che si deposita sulle placche aterosclerotiche dei vasi) e la glicemia a digiuno, senza portare ad aumento del peso corporeo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La pelle di mandorla (la buccia che la ricopre) \u00e8 una fonte di composti polifenolici, antiossidanti che possono mediare la prevenzione del rischio cardiovascolare.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.medisocial.it\/claudia-brufani\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Le-Mandorle-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-709\" width=\"320\" height=\"240\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.medisocial.it\/endocrinologiaediabete\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Le-Mandorle-1.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.medisocial.it\/endocrinologiaediabete\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Le-Mandorle-1-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.medisocial.it\/endocrinologiaediabete\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Le-Mandorle-1-480x360.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 320px) 100vw, 320px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mandorle contengono anche quantit\u00e0 significative di l-arginina, precursore dell\u2019ossido nitrico (un potente vasodilatatore) e sono una fonte naturale di fitosteroli, che potrebbero contribuire alla riduzione del colesterolo LDL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno recente studio londinese (Almonds Trial Targeting Dietary Intervention with Snacks) ha mostrato che in soggetti adulti di et\u00e0 fra 30 e 70 anni a elevato rischio cardiovascolare, il consumo di mandorle tostate intere non salate come spuntino, rispetto a un comune snack inglese (mini-muffin), ha effetti benefici sui marcatori di salute cardiometabolica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nel gruppo che assumeva mandorle, migliorava il profilo funzionale dell&#8217;endotelio (il rivestimento interno dei nostri vasi che tanta parte ha nella genesi delle malattie cardiovascolari),&nbsp;si riduceva il colesterolo LDL.
